Integrated Massage
If you have never had a Therapeutic Massage before, we suggest you start with a Combo Intro Massage. This will allow your therapist to work with your body and see what techniques to use in order to complete your first session and what to suggest for your future visits.
If you have had massages in the past but it’s been a while, we suggest you start off with a Combo Intro Massage. This will allow the therapist to see how well your body adapts to the pressure and administer the correct amount of pressure as needed, along with opening communication between you and your therapist. I help patients reduce their stress and anxiety, among other ailments.
Medical Massage
Medical Massage is massage performed to address a specific medical condition, and typically prescribed by a doctor. As with any type of bodywork, medical massage should never be undertaken without consulting a doctor, to ensure that massage is not contraindicated and to confirm the diagnosis, ensuring that massage really is the most appropriate treatment for the issue.
Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage is the most common and best-known form of bodywork performed today. The goal is relaxing the entire body. This is accomplished by rubbing the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. Swedish massage is exceptional for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage is similar to Swedish massage but is used to target knots and release chronic muscle tension. Other benefits include reducing inflammation and helping to eliminate scar tissue. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue. Â With my Deep Tissue Massage treatment, your body and mind will feel free and clear of all worries and stressors that life places upon us.
Hot Stone Massage
Hot Stone Massage involves the application of water-heated basalt stones of varying sizes to key points on the body, giving a deep massage and creating sensations of comfort and warmth. The direct heat relaxes muscles, allowing manipulation of a greater intensity than with regular massage. With my healing workshops we focus on different areas that will allow you to grow, and educate you about the natural ways to heal your mind and body. I offer an array of workshops from interactive vision boards, to couples massage, and meditation. Workshops serve as an investment into your personal health! With my Mind and Body Coaching I am able to align your unique plan with methods that work to heal both your mind and body. As a licensed Mind and Body Coach I’m trained in holistic therapy techniques, so I tailor your session to work on your specific goals and needs. I love showing my patients how just a few treatments can make an enormous difference to the health of their mind and body.
Cancellation Policy
We understand things happen,  and it is our goal to maximize your experience. As a courtesy we require that you give us 24 hours for cancellation or you will be held responsible for payment of services. When running late you may cut your appointment time down, and will be required to make a full payment of scheduled  services.
